Hawk-Woods offer a comprehensive refurbishment & repair service, for both our own and some third-party manufactured broadcast equipment. This typically involves battery re-celling and the servicing & fault finding of broadcast equipment.

We are very aware of the pressures those working in the broadcast industry are under. Equipment faults, especially in remote parts of the world - can be very detrimental to any work being carried out. We aim to turn faulty products around as soon as possible and have a number of courier options available to us in order to return items to you as soon as possible.


Should we be unable to repair faulty goods (covered by our warranty) in a convenient given time, we are often able provide replacement loan equipment until it is ready.

Hawk-Woods Warranty
 

Hawk-Woods Limited warrant each item that Hawk-Woods Limited manufacture for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, dependent upon the product the warranty period can vary, details available upon request.

In the event of a product failure covered by our warranty Hawk-Woods Limited will repair or at our discretion replace the product with new.

The warranty does not apply if evidence of misuse, neglect, water damage or drop damage is found at time of inspection.

All repairs are to be returned to along with full contact details to:

Hawk-Woods Limited will not accept liability for packages damaged in transit to us, it is the customers responsibility to package the item adequately to prevent damage, Hawk-Woods Limited also recommend using recorded delivery as proof of postage is not accepted as proof of delivery.

On receipt of the product, our engineer will test to identify the reported fault, should no fault be found Hawk-Woods Limited will return the product to you with the carriage cost being the customers responsibility.

The warranty will not apply if the product has been worked upon, altered or damaged by the customer or its employees.

Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications before ordering, as in the event of incorrect/unwanted goods being returned for credit this must first be agreed within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned unopened and in a perfect re-saleable condition.

If the product has been made specifically to your specifications and is a non-stock item this may only be returned if faulty not if incorrect or unwanted.

All goods returned unless covered by warranty will incur a handling fee of 15% of the goods value.
